- CRM ROCI(1) usually comes from two places
- - cost savings on the operational side and increased profits on the customer side.
- The operational effects should be relatively easy to measure

What is important here to note is the hierarchy of these three levels; emotions are at the top because emotions guide the way you use the knowledge. So we would put the arrow describing that emotions guide the way you are using your knowledge, knowledge guides and gives us the guidelines how to act.

Il faut d’abord bien faire la différence entre la notion de web sémantique et celle d’enrichissement sémantique de l’information.
Le web sémantique est une évolution coordonnée du web (lancée entre autre par le W3C), une initiative collective dans laquelle chacun à son niveau travaille pour rendre les contenus web plus intelligibles, plus accessibles par les programmes et les machines.
L’enrichissement sémantique de l’information est une méthode de travail consistant à donner du sens aux fichiers/informations afin qu’elles soient traitées plus intelligemment par les machines et les applications.
